1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the do222 platform, creating an account, making a deposit or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not register an account or use the do222 platform.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and do222. They apply to all features of the platform including casino games, slots, live casino, sports betting, bingo and any other product made available through the do222 Game Lobby.

2 Eligibility

To register and use a do222 account, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. do222 is strictly an adult platform.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account on the do222 platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. You must not use a false identity, a third party's identity or fictitious details at any point during registration or subsequent account verification.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. do222 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your login details secure. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact support immediately.

• One account per person — verified by name, address, date of birth and payment method.
• Accounts found to be duplicates will be closed without notice.
• Any balance held in duplicate accounts is subject to forfeiture.
• do222 may request identity verification documents (CNIC or equivalent) at any time.

Account sharing — allowing another person to access or operate your do222 account — is not permitted. All activity conducted through your account remains your responsibility regardless of who was logged in at the time.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on do222 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion fees applied by do222 to deposits or withdrawals. The amount you deposit in PKR is the amount credited to your balance.

do222 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Pakistani players:

• JazzCash (mobile wallet)
• Easypaisa (mobile wallet)
• Raast (instant interbank transfer)
• Bank Transfer (all major Pakistani banks)
• Debit and Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard)
• Other supported mobile wallets as listed in the Deposit section

You must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment methods that belong to someone else, is prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. do222 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method used and any pending verification requirements on the account.

do222 reserves the right to apply additional verification steps before processing withdrawals above certain PKR thresholds. This is a standard fraud prevention and account security measure, not a penalty.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

do222 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, enhanced odds and other promotional offers to registered players. Each promotion operates under its own specific terms, which will be displayed at the point of claiming the offer. These individual promotion terms are incorporated into these General Terms and must be read alongside them.

The following general principles apply to all do222 bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each bonus. Uncompleted bonuses expire at the end of the validity period and are removed from the account.
• Only one welcome or deposit bonus is available per household, IP address, device and payment method.
• Bonus funds may only be used on games or betting markets designated as eligible for that specific promotion.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the do222 platform — including slots, live casino tables, bingo rooms, table games, crash titles and sports betting markets — operate under their own individual rules. These rules are displayed within each game or market. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of each game before playing.

In the event of a technical fault, server error or interrupted connection during gameplay, do222 will apply the following principles:

• If a game round was not completed due to a technical fault on the do222 side, the round will be voided and the stake returned to your balance.
• If a game round completed successfully but a result was not displayed due to a connection issue on the player's side, the result recorded by the do222 system is final.
• Incomplete bets placed on sports markets that were cancelled or suspended before settlement will have stakes returned.

do222 sports betting markets are settled according to official results from the relevant governing body — for cricket, this includes the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and the ICC. For PSL markets specifically, PSL official results are used. Errors in settlement will be corrected upon identification, but players should note that do222 is not responsible for typographical errors in odds that were clearly displayed incorrectly.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the do222 platform. Breaching any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with games or betting markets in a way that provides an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker formats or any other competitive game environment.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, stolen payment instruments or accounts that do not belong to you.
• Attempting to exploit errors in odds, game mechanics, bonus calculations or platform functionality — commonly referred to as "advantage play" where it conflicts with fair use.
• Using the do222 platform to launder money or to facilitate financial transactions unrelated to legitimate gaming activity.
• Providing false information during registration, verification or any support interaction.

do222 monitors account activity on an ongoing basis. Where suspicious patterns are identified, the account may be temporarily restricted pending investigation. do222 will not disclose the specific triggers for such reviews, as doing so would compromise the integrity of our fraud prevention systems.

8 Responsible Gaming

do222 is an entertainment platform, not a source of income. Gaming and sports betting involve financial risk — you can lose money, and results are never guaranteed. We encourage all players to approach the platform as a form of paid entertainment and to set clear personal limits before they start playing.

11 Limitation of Liability
